What and how do we train?

We specialize in motor preparation training for people practicing tennis, basketball, golf, athletics (short and long runs), American football, football, wrestling and MMA.

We do this through a complementary (holistic) approach to each person. Our patients start with an appointment with an osteopath who diagnoses the patient in terms of hazards connected to body build, emotional state, as well as diseases and accompanying injuries. On this basis, we set training and start goals. Our motor preparation experts have both physiotherapeutic and sports knowledge which distinguishes us while working with the client, giving them even more opportunities for psychophysic self-development. Motor preparation training is tailored to prepare the body for the physical requirements of a given discipline, regardless of the sport level or kind of it.

Motor preparation training is also important in preventing injuries or contusions of the musculoskeletal system through appropriate selection of loads and exercises. It allows you to improve the body composition – increase or maintain a beneficial / functional amount of muscle mass and reduce body fat.
